Roles and Responsibilities

• Support Engineer acts as the primary technical contact and delivers advanced technical troubleshooting support and delivers timely and high-quality problem resolution for our Customers.
• contribute in every stage of software lifecycle (Development, deployment, Testing, Production Debugging etc.).
• Support Engineer acts as the primary technical contact and delivers advanced technical troubleshooting support and delivers timely and high-quality problem resolution for Customers.
• You will get to contribute in every stage of software lifecycle (Development, deployment, Testing, Production Debugging etc.).
• A trusted advisor to fellow developers, using broad and in-depth troubleshooting skills and product knowledge to solve challenging technical problems.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong Knowledge and experience with Webservers IIS, .Net Framework, ASP.NET, WCF service, Web API.
• Basic programming experience in building Web applications using C# or VB
• Knowledge of Azure technologies and Azure application development
• Good understanding of the concepts of Operating Systems and networking
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting web applications
• Below certifications are a plus : Azure Developer Associate o Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
