BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES OF HR Recruitment Partner

Category A

In Category A, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will source vacancies from reputable Corporations [from any location, domestically or internationally], for Recruitment and/or HR Outsourcing. Upon receipt of vacancies, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will identify suitable candidates in accordance with the client's requirements. Neugene will provide access to a comprehensive databank of candidates to facilitate the sourcing of the right talent.

Category B

Under Category B, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will receive vacancies directly from Neugene for its clientele. The primary responsibilities will include screening appropriate candidates for the vacancies received from Neugene. After screening, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will submit candidate profiles for client short-listing. Once candidates are shortlisted, the HR Recruitment Business Partner will arrange interviews according to the client's schedule.
