Job Overview

• Assist Store Managers in achieving the sales targets and profitability goals of the store.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the products and demonstrate them proficiently.
• Oversee Store Operations.
• Execute promotional campaigns to boost sales.
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Ensure effective inventory management within the stores.
• Deliver merchandising training to both new and existing staff.
• Provide outstanding in-person customer service to address customer needs effectively.
• Perform cashier responsibilities.
• Adhere to all operational protocols.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic store environment for both team members and customers.
• Lead store teams, conduct performance evaluations, organize training workshops, and promote a culture of recognition and motivation.
• Undertake any other additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Presentable appearance.
• Preferably have retail sales experience; experience in the skincare sector is a plus.
• Able to work on rotational shifts and public holidays.
• Sales-oriented, highly motivated, and passionate about retail.
