Responsibilities

Manage product information and master data across order management and trading systems to ensure correct item setup and dependable downstream processing during day-to-day operations.

Maintain strong data validation procedures to identify anomalies in product and order records and quickly coordinate resolutions that protect business continuity and data integrity.

Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and technology, to define clear data standards that enable consistent reporting and efficient order fulfillment.

Review order management workflows to uncover bottlenecks tied to product information and master data, then apply focused improvements to increase system efficiency.

Configure and optimize product attributes and master data structures in line with global business rules so trading and order systems produce predictable results.

Document master data procedures and product information governance guidelines to build reusable references for training, onboarding, and audit readiness.

Assist night shift operations by monitoring key data interfaces between trading and order management applications and taking prompt corrective action when issues occur.

Assess the effects of product catalog changes on retail order flows and trading transactions, updating master data setups to reduce disruption for customers and internal users.

Work with support teams to resolve data-related incidents, providing clear diagnostics to speed up incident resolution and strengthen root cause analysis.

Apply control checks for hybrid working arrangements to ensure that data updates completed remotely and onsite follow uniform standards and remain traceable for compliance.

Support continuous improvement efforts by proposing better data quality metrics and reporting to reveal trends and guide strategic decisions.

Coordinate daily activities with the company mission by enabling accurate orders and trading records that strengthen customer confidence and support transparent business practices.

Use expertise in order management retail order flows to refine product hierarchies and master data relationships, supporting reliable supply chain services that benefit society.

Qualifications

Provide four to seven years of dedicated experience in order management and trading systems, with strong exposure to product information and master data activities.

Demonstrate practical expertise in configuring and maintaining order management platforms, ensuring product and customer data supports seamless transaction processing.

Have working knowledge of retail order management scenarios, including omnichannel transactions and returns, to translate business requirements into effective master data setups.

Show proficiency in data analysis techniques to evaluate data quality, identify root causes of inconsistencies, and recommend corrective actions that prevent repeat issues.

Use a solid understanding of hybrid work practices and night shift operations to manage tasks independently while maintaining effective communication with global stakeholders.

Apply familiarity with enterprise resource planning and related data models to integrate product information across multiple modules in a coherent, scalable manner.
