Service Engineer (Integrated Facilities Management)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee operation and maintenance strategies for building facilities. Create contract specifications and manage the quotation and tender processes for maintenance and project initiatives. Formulate annual budgets and track expenditures associated with facilities management. Supervise and coordinate contractors involved in facilities management and maintenance operations across multiple sites. Communicate with relevant authorities on all building-related issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Building, or Facility Management. Willingness to work on-site at the assigned terminal. Proven experience in facilities management or a related domain.
