Job Overview:
- We are seeking a highly imaginative and detail-oriented Senior Video Animation Designer, proficient in video production, motion graphics, 2D animation, multimedia design, graphic design, visual storytelling, and AI-enhanced creative tools.
- This position is well-suited for individuals capable of converting intricate business technologies and product ideas into engaging visual stories through videos, explainer animations, product demonstrations, presentation materials, and digital media content.
- You will work closely with consulting, product marketing, design, and leadership teams to produce powerful visual experiences that bolster marketing campaigns, sales presentations, thought leadership efforts, product launches, customer engagement initiatives, and internal communications.
Primary Duties:
- Produce high-quality videos, motion graphics, animations, and product demonstrations.
- Create storyboards, visual concepts, and captivating storytelling assets.
- Design graphics for presentations, marketing campaigns, social media, and leadership communications.
- Edit and enhance video content applying strong principles of motion, audio, and visual design.
- Collaborate with product, consulting, marketing, and leadership teams to provide impactful visual solutions.
- Leverage AI-powered creative tools for content creation, editing, and production enhancement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual and motion-related assets.
- Guide junior designers and promote creative excellence.
Technical Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Video Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or Graphic Design.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in animation, video production, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Expert-level proficiency in
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Experience in creating explainer videos, product demos, presentation materials, and social media content.
- Strong grasp of typography, composition, color theory, branding, and motion design principles.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Exposure to Figma, UX/UI concepts, design systems, or 3D animation is advantageous.
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film, or a related discipline.
- Experience with product walkthroughs, UI animations, interactive media, or advanced compositing techniques.
- Previous experience in mentoring designers or creative team members.
