Job Overview

We are hiring Service Desk L1 / Product Support professionals with hands-on experience in IT technical support, ticket management, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, effective communication, and customer service orientation.

Mandatory Skills

• Service Desk / IT Helpdesk / Technical Support
• ServiceNow Ticketing Tool
• Microsoft Office 365 / Microsoft 365
• Active Directory
• Basic IT troubleshooting
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver L1 technical assistance to end users.
• Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Office 365-related issues.
• Support users with Active Directory-related problems.
• Log, monitor, update, and resolve support tickets.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant teams.
• Follow SLA commitments and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant technical support experience.
• Training, internship, and bench periods will not be considered as relevant experience.
• Should be comfortable working in US shifts and flexible 24×7 rotational shifts.
• Must be willing to complete client-mandated training.
• Graduation certificates and original mark sheets must be available for onboarding verification, subject to client policy.

Interview Process

1. HR Screening – Telephonic
2. SHL Assessment – Aptitude, English, SVAR, and Email Writing
3. Operations Round – Final Interview

Interview Mode: All rounds will be conducted virtually.
