We are hiring a skilled Java Developer with 3-10 years of experience to join our fast-paced team in India. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in Java development and a commitment to building reliable, high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications to deliver high performance and responsive user experiences.
• Take part in every stage of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and design new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve performance and reliability.
• Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code by following established best practices and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews and share constructive feedback with team members.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java SE and Java EE technologies.
• Experience working with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or JavaServer Faces (JSF).
• Strong command of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Familiarity with web services (REST/SOAP) and microservices architecture.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of version control systems, including Git.
• Capability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
