Summary
Enables strategic business decision-making through forecasting, metric development, trend analysis, and detailed analytical support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processing using vendor-provided payroll software.
• Perform audits of payroll-related data.
• Process and input garnishments, child support, levies, and liens.
• Check, review, and process employee timesheet input records.
• Handle manual check calculations, coordinate with the vendor to process stop payments/reversals, enter paycheck card entries, and support check distribution.
• Provide backup coverage for other payroll analysts as required.
• Respond promptly to employee inquiries.

• 3 years of prior ANZ Payroll experience is a must.
• Exhibit ownership, conduct deep dives, and deliver results.

• Any graduates.
