Senior system engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Core Duties
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications utilizing Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Construct and sustain Microservices-based architectures for high-performance enterprise solutions.
• Create RESTful APIs and facilitate integration with both internal and external systems.
• Implement event-driven architectures leveraging messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Work collaboratively with architects, product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional development teams.
• Engage in application design reviews, code assessments, and performance optimization efforts.
• Resolve production issues and carry out bug fixes and enhancements.
• Develop secure, resilient, and highly available applications in accordance with industry best practices.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and API specifications.
• Assist in CI/CD pipeline management and deployment automation projects.

Technical Requirements:

• Essential skills include Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, as well as Microservices API Management.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Extensive conceptual understanding of at least one programming language.
• In-depth conceptual knowledge of one database and one operating system.
• Familiarity with Software Engineering principles with practical experience in at least one project.
• Capability to independently contribute to medium to complex tasks.
• Exposure to Design Principles and the ability to comprehend Design Specifications independently.
• Ability to execute Test Cases and scenarios as per the established plan.
• Willingness to accept and address production issues while coordinating with stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of SDLC.
• Analytical skills.
• Logical reasoning abilities.
• Awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends.
