Senior Fire Alarm Technician

Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a Senior Fire Alarm Technician with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience to become a part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain fire alarm systems in accordance with national and local regulations.
• Perform regular inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to verify optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair fire alarm systems when issues arise.
• Offer technical guidance and training to junior technicians and apprentices.
• Keep precise documentation of inspections, repairs, and installations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
• Preferred certification in fire alarm systems (e.g., NICET, FSSA).
• Thorough knowledge of electrical systems and fire safety regulations.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools and testing equipment pertinent to fire alarm systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE/GCC in Fire Alarm system installation and maintenance.
