Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a skilled Commissioning Supervisor to oversee our commissioning efforts for electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and electrical power distribution systems across India. The preferred candidate will possess a robust technical foundation, demonstrated leadership skills, and a strong dedication to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee commissioning processes for electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and electrical power distribution systems.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure efficient execution of all commissioning tasks within established timelines.
• Perform testing and validation of systems to confirm adherence to specifications and safety requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of commissioning activities and outcomes.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians throughout the commissioning phase.
• Identify and address any technical challenges that may occur during the commissioning process.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all stages of commissioning.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6-10 years of experience in commissioning positions, ideally within the power generation or industrial sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Proficiency in utilizing commissioning tools and software for testing and validation purposes.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Capability to perform under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
