Job Overview

We are looking for a Supervisor with a strong background in Electrical, Mechanical, Preservation, and Instrumentation to become an integral part of our team in India. The successful candidate will possess significant experience in overseeing and directing technical projects, ensuring that all operations meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise projects related to electrical, mechanical, preservation, and instrumentation to guarantee adherence to safety and quality regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and subcontractors to effectively implement project strategies.
• Perform regular evaluations and inspections of systems and equipment to determine maintenance requirements and areas for enhancement.
• Provide training and guidance to junior personnel and technicians on best practices and safety measures.
• Generate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout all stages of project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6-10 years of supervisory experience in electrical, mechanical, preservation, or instrumentation fields.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and instrumentation technologies.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to perform well under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
