Job Overview

We are in search of a highly qualified Lead Instrument / Lead Mechanical Engineer to become a part of our team in India. The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in engineering projects centered around instrumentation or mechanical systems, along with a demonstrated history of leading teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate engineering projects pertaining to instrumentation or mechanical systems.
• Design and create instruments and mechanical components for diverse applications.
• Carry out feasibility studies and risk assessments for upcoming projects.
• Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure effective project execution.
• Offer technical advice and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
• Develop and evaluate technical documentation, including specifications and reports.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience in roles focused on instrumentation or mechanical engineering.
• Proficient in CAD software for designing mechanical systems.
• Thorough understanding of control systems and instrumentation technologies.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
