  • Provide analytical and reporting support for projects and presentations requested by the CFO, Finance leadership, and Strategic Planning teams.
  • Compile, analyze, and load Corporate forecasts into enterprise financial systems.
  • Assist with the transition and enhancement of reporting processes from HFM to Oracle EPM (Emerson's new consolidation and planning system), including the migration of reporting templates and reporting capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and data accuracy. Drive process improvement initiatives through cross-functional collaboration, automation, standardization, and adoption of best practices.

  • Support Annual Budgeting, mid-year reviews, and rolling forecast processes.
  • Maintain monthly headcount and invoicing from FP&A COE to optimize utilization and charge per head per annum.
  • Design and prepare management reports that define key indicators and metrics, and deliver thorough variance analysis.
  • Lead process optimization initiatives to build an efficient, team-driven, creative thinking, process improvement culture within the COE group.
  • Support special projects and other ad-hoc requests.

This Role will be responsible to:
