Role Overview
We are on the lookout for skilled Java Full Stack Developers to create dynamic web applications and reliable backend services. This position demands a strong practical expertise in Java and React, along with a comprehensive understanding of the full application delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement backend services utilizing Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive and reusable user interfaces with React and contemporary JavaScript.
• Connect frontend components to REST APIs and backend services.
• Conduct unit, integration, and UI tests while engaging in code reviews.
• Diagnose issues across various layers, including browser, application, service, and database.
• Support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), ensure release readiness, and contribute to documentation and production support.

Required Skills and Experience
• Extensive Java development experience.
• Proficient hands-on experience with React.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, HTML5, CSS, and modern JavaScript.
• Knowledge of state management, component design, authentication, and secure application development.
• Experience with relational databases, version control using Git, automated testing, and build tools.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills.

Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with microservices, messaging systems, cloud technologies, containers, and accessibility or responsive design principles.
• Background in financial services or complex enterprise-level applications.
