In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Solution Design & Development
- Design, build, and implement reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions using advanced expertise in SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies.
- Enhance SharePoint functionality through integrations, custom forms, workflows, web parts, and custom application technologies to continuously increase customer productivity
- Create and maintain technical architecture that aligns with organizational standards, security requirements, and recognized industry best practices.
- Leverage Azure services, including Logic Apps and Azure Functions, to strengthen and expand business solutions.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including:
- Requirements refinement in partnership with the Product Owner (PO)
- Analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment
- Partner with the developer team to troubleshoot complex issues, improve performance, and advance application functionality.
- Provide direction and support to resolve complex technical challenges and adapt quickly to new technologies.
- Identify, analyze, and help mitigate issues discovered during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live activities.
- Compare stated objectives to actual outcomes and apply required fixes or enhancements based on UAT results.
- Own and coordinate UAT plan creation and obtain approval (including data backup/migration, communication, and cut-offs) in close collaboration with the PO.
- Actively engage in SAFe Agile ceremonies, including but not limited to: PI Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Retrospectives, and System Demos.
- Provide accurate estimates for effort and complexity
- Collaborate with the PO to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to and commit to Team PI Objectives and Iteration Goals while delivering measurable business value.
- Perform peer-to-peer testing to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Carry out research, design, prototyping, and other discovery-oriented activities.
- Coordinate with technology-centric teams to share objectives and maintain delivery cadence.
- Deliver work in small batches with rapid feedback from customers and stakeholders.
- Investigate emerging technologies, automation platforms, and industry trends to strengthen skills and uncover opportunities for innovation
- Work with the PO to escalate project issues or limitations and to recommend implementable improvements and/or workarounds, either immediately or for planning in upcoming PIs.
- Partner with peers and POCs to detect process gaps and inefficiencies.
- Support quality improvement initiatives (e.g., Think Customer, QMS) and contribute to management goals.
- Improve business process efficiency using digital tools in a large-scale environment:
- 3,000 SP sites and 8,000 daily users across 27 countries
- Approximately 2.8 million page views per month
- Apply strong problem-solving capabilities and demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for enterprise solutions when needed.
- Investigate complex issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Collaborate with support teams to maintain solution stability, reliability, and performance.
- Provide direct customer support for urgent production issues, in exceptional cases.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, business applications development, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications are required.
- Strong practical experience with SharePoint Online is essential.
- Advanced skills in designing complex workflows with error handling, monitoring, and optimization.
- Deep understanding of Power Platform architecture, including Dataverse, security models, solution lifecycle management, and integration with external systems.
- Deep understanding of licensing and operational costs, with the ability to select the best technical solution balancing cost efficiency and performance requirements.
- Ability to effectively write and revise technical documentation.
- English proficiency (written/read/spoken).
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language for non-technical stakeholders

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative mindset for remote team participation with members scattered across multiple countries
- Capacity to handle varied assignments and escalations
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management for extending Power Platform solutions.
- Experience or a strong understanding of Business Analysis and the SAFe Agile Framework would be beneficial.
