Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Specialist: SAP HR Comp & Payroll, you will assist with implementing the SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll and Benefits module. Using your business knowledge and expertise, you will integrate packaged technology into the client’s business environment. You will apply your specialization in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support to help deliver the client’s expected business results.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Implement SAP HR Modules: Support the implementation of the SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll and Benefits module, ensuring smooth integration with the client’s business environment.
• Conduct Fit Analysis: Perform fit analysis to determine client needs and configure the SAP HR system accordingly.
• Resolve Configuration Issues: Address configuration and functional issues, with a focus on the SAP HR compensation management module.
• Provide Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support to help ensure clients achieve expected business results using the SAP HR system.
• Test and Rollout Solutions: Test and roll out solutions to support a successful SAP HR system implementation.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• SAP HR Compensation Management: Experience implementing and configuring the SAP HR Compensation Management module to meet client business requirements.
• SAP HR System Configuration: Experience performing fit analysis and configuring the SAP HR system to match client needs and expectations.
• Compensation Management Module: Experience resolving configuration and functional issues within the SAP HR compensation management module.
• Packaged Technology Integration: Experience integrating packaged technology into client business environments to achieve expected business results.
• SAP HR Implementation Planning: Experience planning, testing, and rolling out SAP HR system implementations to support successful deployment.

• Exposure to SAP Benefits Module: Experience with the SAP Benefits module is beneficial, supporting a broader understanding of the SAP HR system and its applications across compensation management and payroll.

• Knowledge of SAP Testing Tools: Familiarity with SAP testing tools can help enable effective testing and rollout of SAP HR system solutions, supporting successful implementation and alignment with client business requirements.
