- Lead the detailed design, implementation, and testing of MES solutions for MES projects using the Emerson MES platform—Syncade—following industry best practices.
- Lead, design, implement, and test Syncade MES Recipes for Life Sciences projects.
- Partner with project stakeholders and customer/users; conduct workshops to collect and analyze requirements, establish functional requirements, and review software solutions.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects/SMEs/Overall Lead to ensure functional design and development align with URS, the overall solution, and relevant guidelines and standards.
- Develop and maintain all required project execution documentation.
- Proactively manage communications across the team.
- Plan and organize project team activities and provide progress status updates.
- Identify risks, support their management, ensure timely issue resolution, and remove roadblocks.
- You communicate effectively and tailor communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse team members. You keep the end goal in sight, push yourself, and help others achieve results. You analyze multiple and varied sources of information to accurately define problems before moving to solutions. You assess situational factors and group dynamics to select the best-fit approach. You foster teamwork that enables others to achieve shared objectives. You quickly learn and adopt new technologies. You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in MES Recipes Implementation.
- Full-life cycle implementation experience in key functional roles on MES projects. Experience in Workshops, agile methodologies, etc.
- Ability to lead a team.

- GAMP, FDA validation and 21CFR part 11 compliance
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing process
- Ability to learn new concepts and approaches.

- Strong analytical skills.
- Bachelor of Engineering (Computers / Electronics/Instrumentation) from a reputed university
- 8-10 years of solid work experience, including experience as an MES Senior Engineer or Lead.
- Experience in MES (Syncade/Werum PASX/Rockwell Pharma Suite/Opscenter/POMS/ Aprisio etc.)
- Work experience in the Life Sciences industry
- Able to travel in India and Globally as needed
