Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the compliant implementation of solutions according to GS1 standards, guided by the User Requirements Specification (URS) developed by the Business Process Owner and local business expert for the ATTP module, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance for various countries along with generic framework reporting to supply chain partners.
- Collect business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design effective system solutions.
- Create design solutions in alignment with the guidance provided by the solution architect.
- Facilitate business workshops to finalize requirements.
- Draft Functional Specification (FS) documents, including process flows, and obtain reviews from Process Owners, business experts, and Solution Architects.
- Submit all FS documents to Quality Management (QM) for their review and feedback.
- Ensure approval of FS documents.
- Collaborate with developers during solution construction, reviewing technical documentation to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Configure the system and conduct unit testing by verifying that functionality aligns with the delivered FS documents.
- Prepare Operational Qualification (OQ) documents to ensure comprehensive formal testing of all business requirements, followed by reviews and approvals of the OQs.
- Assist the business during Performance Qualification and User Acceptance Testing.
- Plan cutover activities and oversee the Go-Live process.
- Participate in training sessions for super users to ensure comprehensive understanding of all functionalities by the business.
- Provide post-Go-Live support to ensure business continuity.
- Demonstrate strong issue resolution capabilities.
- Facilitate the handover of the project to the support team, ensuring the transfer of necessary knowledge and training (KTs).
Technical Requirements:
- Possess knowledge regarding implementations across multiple markets such as EU, RU, US, CN, UZ, KZ, and others, along with the associated regulatory requirements.
- Have expertise in CMO MAH scenarios, including data exchange types and mechanisms related to the SAP ATTP system.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of integration areas, particularly in logistics execution and delivery processing within SAP ECC.
- Understand integration points between SAP ATTP and SAP ECC, particularly concerning master data and transactional data.
- Have a solid grasp of GS1 standards and their application within supply chain processes.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Possess a strong understanding of SAP ATTP's integration with SAP PO, SAP ICH, and knowledge of proxy and web services utilized in SAP ATTP.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Experience in Global Delivery Model (GDM) will be considered a significant advantage.
