SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will focus on identifying core customer challenges, diagnosing problem areas, designing creative solutions, and overseeing implementation to ensure client satisfaction.
• You will take ownership of sections of the proposal document, contributing insights into solution design based on your expertise.
• Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, configuring products according to design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and addressing any inquiries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will deliver product demonstrations, conduct Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with client budgets and organizational financial policies.
• Lead small projects and actively participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients.

Technical Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, or an MBA in HR, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Human Capital Management products.
• Current certification in SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Learning Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, Goal Management, and Succession Planning is required.
• Experience in aligning and configuring SuccessFactors functionalities with HR processes for clients in multiple countries such as the US, UK, Australia, etc.
• Proficient in preparing requirements, design, test documentation, and solutions.
• Skilled in analyzing quarterly upgrade releases of the SuccessFactors cloud and managing rollout coordination with clients and the SuccessFactors cloud team.
• Expertise in designing data conversion, interface, and reporting requirements within SuccessFactors.

• Capability to formulate value-added strategies and models that empower clients to innovate, promote growth, and enhance business profitability.
• Strong understanding of software configuration management systems.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Demonstrated logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong collaboration skills.
• Comprehension of financial processes for various project types and the different pricing models available.
• Ability to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technological solutions.
• Knowledge in one or two industry domains.
• Strong client interfacing capabilities.
• Experience in project and team management.
