Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Application Developer specializing in Process Management (Business Process Management or BPM), you will implement integration components following best practices, proven methods, and established standards. You will use your understanding of industry-specific capability models, process models, service models, and business object models to streamline the development and testing of Automated Process initiatives.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Implement Integration Components: Design and build integration components using services integration, WebSphere Integration Developer (WWI), IDD, and BPEL, in line with industry best practices and standards.
• Apply Process Models: Apply process models (BPMN), service models, and business object models to streamline the development and testing of Automated Process projects.
• Customize Processes: Handle technical requirements for automating re-imagined processes/workflow, including customizing models and processes across solution outline, development, testing, and operation phases.
• Develop Applications: Build applications that integrate multiple systems, using a strong grasp of process workflow and orchestration.

• Services Integration Expertise: Exposure to implementing integration components using services integration, WebSphere Integration Developer (WWI), IDD, and BPEL, following industry best practices and standards.
• Process Modeling Knowledge: Exposure to using process models (BPMN), service models, and business object models to streamline development and testing of Automated Process projects.
• Workflow Orchestration Understanding: Experience applying knowledge of process workflow and orchestration to enable the development of applications that integrate various systems.
• Customization and Automation: Exposure to customizing models and processes during solution outline, development, testing, and operation phases to automate re-imagined processes/workflow.
• Industry-Specific Capability Models: Exposure to applying industry-specific capability models to guide development and testing of Automated Process projects.
