In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Design and build secure, scalable, and maintainable software applications using C#/.NET and WPF (MVVM).
- Create and maintain both high-level and low-level designs that align with business and technical requirements.
- Architect, develop, and support REST APIs, web services, and microservice-based solutions.
- Deliver software solutions that follow secure coding practices and meet applicable cybersecurity standards.
- Define, promote, and uphold coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Perform code reviews and provide actionable, constructive technical feedback to team members.
- Develop and maintain automated unit tests using frameworks such as NUnit or MSTest.
- Partner with stakeholders to review requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, testing effectiveness, and overall productivity.
- Assist with software lifecycle management using Azure DevOps, Git, TFS, or similar platforms.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Mentor engineers while contributing actively to technical design reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Strong expertise in C#/.NET application development.
- Hands-on experience with WPF and MVVM architecture patterns.
- Knowledge of software design principles, including SOLID and KISS.
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs, web services, and microservices.
- Understanding of software architecture and scalable application design.
- Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency with source control and collaboration tools such as Git or TFS.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or comparable application lifecycle management platforms.
- Experience with automated unit testing frameworks such as NUnit or MSTest.
- Understanding of secure software development practices, including secure SDLC methodologies.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts such as OWASP guidelines and vulnerability management.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools to increase software engineering productivity.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with industrial communication protocols, including Modbus, HART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus, Profibus, and TCP/IP.
- Experience designing solutions for industrial automation, process control, or related fields.
- Knowledge of cloud-native application architectures and distributed systems.
- Experience with .NET MAUI and/or Flutter for cross-platform application development.
- Experience leading technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and engineering quality initiatives.
- Proven track record mentoring engineers and helping teams build technical capability.
