Senior Consultant / Consultant – Program Manager

We are seeking seasoned Program Managers and Management Consultants to spearhead large-scale business and technology transformation projects within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in program leadership, stakeholder engagement, change management strategies, and the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end business and technology transformation programs, ensuring delivery aligns with schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams, encompassing planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and effort estimation.
• Design and sustain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Risk Breakdown Structures (RBS), detailed project plans, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with CXOs, senior stakeholders, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
• Implement Agile and SAFe methodologies, supporting organizational Agile transformation efforts.
• Lead change management initiatives, process enhancements, and structured program execution.
• Track project performance, identify and mitigate risks, manage timelines and budgets, and measure business outcomes.
• Foster strong client relationships, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5 to 14 years of comprehensive experience, with a minimum of 3 years in management consulting following an MBA qualification.
• Demonstrated experience in BFSI transformation initiatives within Banking, Financial Services, or related sectors.
• Previous experience with Big 4 consulting firms or equivalent top-tier management consulting organizations is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale business or technology transformation programs successfully.
• Deep expertise in Program Management, Project Management, PMO practices, or Transformation Management.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, SAFe, Scrum, and various project delivery methodologies.
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders, risk mitigation, effort estimation, and governance frameworks.
• An MBA from a reputable institution is preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, PRINCE2, CAPM, or CSM are advantageous.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, analytical capabilities, and client relationship management skills.
