Lead Analyst - Market Research

We are seeking intellectually curious, detail-focused professionals from leading institutions to join our Sector Research team. In the role of Lead Analyst, you will lead comprehensive research across global technology sectors, monitor emerging companies, and develop scalable frameworks that enhance intelligence across the platform. This position is well-suited for candidates who want to grow into recognized thought leaders in their sector and influence research direction at both the company and industry levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth research and create a robust knowledge base for assigned technology sectors (e.g., SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech, Enterprise Applications, ClimateTech).
• Develop structured frameworks and data definitions for complex business scenarios.
• Discover, assess, and categorize high-potential startups and emerging trends worldwide.
• Deliver high-quality sector landscapes, research notes, and strategic insights.
• Mentor and review the work of junior analysts to maintain quality and consistency.
• Support scoring models and tagging frameworks to enable scalable sector intelligence

What We're Looking For:

• Graduates from top-tier institutes (IITs, NITs, BITS, IIMs).
• 4–8 years of experience in research, consulting, VC/PE, strategy, or analytics.
• Strong functional or sector expertise, along with a genuine interest in startups and emerging technologies.
• Experience in secondary research and report generation preferred.
• Excellent analytical capabilities, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build frameworks, mentor teams, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.‍
