Senior Associate Consultant

Essential Duties:

• Oversee and sustain the SCCM MECM infrastructure
• Coordinate the deployment of software distribution applications and operating systems
• Conduct monthly patch management and implement security updates for endpoints
• Develop, deploy, and track software packages and task sequences
• Administer endpoint compliance inventory and generate reports
• Integrate and provide support for SCCM alongside Microsoft Intune for co-management
• Resolve issues related to client installation, deployment, and patching
• Utilize PowerShell to automate routine administrative tasks
• Monitor the health of SCCM and ensure the consistent availability of services
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to uphold endpoint standards

Technical Qualifications:

• Expertise in EUC Patching and Distribution using SCCM
