Key Responsibilities

1. Design, configure, and implement Kinaxis Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Inventory Planning & Optimization solutions.
2. Evaluate retail supply chain processes to uncover opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and help reduce costs.
3. Build and run demand forecasting and inventory optimization models using Kinaxis RapidResponse.
4. Collect business requirements and convert them into practical Kinaxis planning solutions.
5. Enable sales planning and execution with data-driven insights, analysis, and recommendations.
6. Partner with cross-functional teams to align Kinaxis solutions with existing enterprise systems.
7. Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and production support for Kinaxis applications.
8. Track planning performance and confirm solutions support business KPIs and operational targets.
9. Lead workshops and training sessions for business users and planning teams.
10. Create functional documentation, process flows, and solution guidelines.
11. Spot continuous improvement opportunities and propose enhancements to current planning processes.

Required Qualifications

• 7–11 years of experience in supply chain planning and SCM technology.
• Strong practical experience with Kinaxis Supply Planning, Inventory Planning & Optimization, and Demand Planning.
• Solid understanding of Kinaxis RapidResponse Fundamentals.
• Thorough knowledge of retail planning, supply chain management, and sales planning and execution.
• Experience delivering Kinaxis implementations, configuration, enhancements, and production support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting/problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Kinaxis Certified RapidResponse Planner
• APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
