Senior Associate Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the monitoring of enterprise infrastructure applications and network services using command center tools
• Detect, prioritize, and escalate critical incidents following established protocols
• Facilitate bridge calls during significant incidents and outages
• Manage incident tracking until resolution and ensure compliance with SLAs
• Examine alerts and events to reduce service interruptions
• Deliver real-time status updates to stakeholders and management teams
• Keep incident logs, reports, and operational dashboards up to date
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, network, application, and support teams to resolve issues
• Assist in problem management initiatives by recognizing recurring issues and trends
• Ensure adherence to ITIL practices for Incident, Event, and Change Management
