We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team in India. The successful candidate will bring a solid foundation in HR solutions and demonstrate a proven history of implementing SAP SuccessFactors to help organizations streamline and enhance their HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Performing needs assessments and recommending solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Learning Management.
• Delivering training and ongoing support to end-users regarding SuccessFactors features and functionality.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues associated with SAP SuccessFactors applications.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery and maintain client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and established best practices.
• Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Employee Central and Performance Management.
• Experience in data migration and integrations with other SAP systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients professionally.
