Oracle WMS Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will play a critical part in assisting with various stages of the project lifecycle, including problem identification, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution development, design, and implementation
• You will investigate alternative solutions to the proposed recommendations through comprehensive research, which may include literature reviews, publicly available information, vendor assessments, and more
• Additionally, you will develop Proof of Concepts (POCs)
• Your responsibilities will include drafting requirement specifications based on business needs, defining future processes, and creating detailed functional designs derived from those requirements
• Support will be provided in configuring solution requirements for products, diagnosing root causes of any issues encountered, seeking clarifications, and identifying potential solution options
• You will also participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions to our clients

Technical Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of expertise in Oracle Cloud WMS and Oracle Logfire, complemented by a strong background in manufacturing
• Experience in configuring the Oracle WMS Cloud application, specifically for inbound and outbound shipments
• Familiarity with processes such as Purchase to Invoice, Warehouse Inbound Receipts, Warehouse Pick Pack Ship, and Shipment Transportation
• Expertise in Inbound Processes including managing inbound shipments, load appointments, receiving options, and putaway, as well as Outbound Processes involving outbound orders, wave picking, packing, and outbound LTL load management
• Knowledge of Fusion Order Management, Order Shipping, Inventory Management, Procurement, and other SCM Cloud Modules
• Understanding of Facility item master configurations
• Familiarity with Cloud Support processes is essential
• Experience in conducting client workshops, solution design, and module configuration
• Preference will be given to candidates with Infor WMS experience
