SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience life as an Infoscion
• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to support the team through various project phases, including problem identification, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution development, design, and deployment.
• You will investigate alternative solutions to the proposed options through research that encompasses literature reviews, publicly available information, vendor assessments, and more.
• Additionally, you will develop Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Your tasks will include drafting requirement specifications based on business needs, defining future processes, and creating detailed functional designs aligned with these requirements.
• You will assist in configuring solution requirements on products, troubleshoot any issues, identify root causes, and clarify questions to shortlist viable solution options.
• You will also play a role in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to our clients.

Technical Requirements:

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification along with an MBA in HR, and have at least 2 years of experience with SAP Human Capital Management products.
• Active certification in SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Learning Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, Goal Management, and Succession Planning is required.
• Experience in mapping and configuring SuccessFactors functionalities to HR processes for client operations in various regions, including the US, UK, and Australia, is essential.
• Ability to prepare requirement specifications, design documents, test plans, and solutions is necessary.
• Capable of analyzing quarterly upgrade releases for the SuccessFactors cloud and coordinating upgrades in collaboration with clients and the SuccessFactors cloud team.
• Must be skilled in designing data conversion, interface, and reporting requirements within SuccessFactors.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of software configuration management systems.
• Demonstrated business acumen, strategic insight, and cross-industry thought leadership.
• Familiarity with current technologies and industry trends.
• Effective logical reasoning and problem-solving skills, along with the capacity to collaborate.
• Knowledge of two or three industry domains.
• Comprehension of financial processes across various project types and available pricing models.
• Strong client interaction skills.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience in project and team management.
