SAP SD Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• A typical day for an Infoscion
• As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to spearhead the engagement process, delivering high-quality and value-driven consulting solutions to clients at various stages, from defining problems to diagnosing issues, designing solutions, and overseeing deployment.
• You will assess proposals created by consultants, offering guidance and analyzing defined solutions to address client business challenges, identifying any potential risks and concerns.
• You will recognize change management needs and recommend a structured method for the client to manage these changes through various communication strategies.
• Your role will also involve mentoring the team, crafting a vision, providing subject matter training in your areas of expertise, and motivating team members through timely feedback and recognition of high performance.
• You will significantly contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added consulting solutions to clients while adhering to the organization's guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:

• Comprehensive understanding of the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle, including inquiries, quotations, sales orders, delivery, PGI, billing, and credit management.
• Expertise in configuring sales areas, document types, item categories, schedule lines, copy controls, partner determination, and output determination.
• Familiarity with SAP SD in CPQ, SAP CRM, C4C, or SAP BRIM.
• Knowledge of global trade, serial and batch management, as well as export/import compliance.
• SAP Certified Application Associate in Sales and Distribution (SD) or S/4HANA Sales.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of software configuration management systems.
• Robust business acumen, strategic insight, and cross-industry thought leadership.
• Awareness of current technologies and industry trends.
• Logical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities, alongside an ability to collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of two or three industry domains.
• Comprehension of financial processes for various project types and the different pricing models available.
• Client-facing skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies.
