SAP FICO Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
• In your capacity within the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will involve actively supporting the team throughout various stages of the project, which includes defining problems, estimating effort, diagnosing issues, generating solutions, and overseeing design and deployment
• You will investigate alternative options to the proposed solutions based on research that encompasses literature reviews, publicly available information, vendor evaluations, and more
• Additionally, you will develop Proof of Concepts (POCs)
• Your role will entail creating requirement specifications derived from business needs, defining future processes, and producing detailed functional designs in alignment with those requirements
• You will assist in configuring solution requirements within the products, identify any issues, determine their root causes, seek necessary clarifications, and then evaluate and shortlist potential solution alternatives
• Moreover, you will participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to our clients

Technical Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO with robust integration capabilities across MM and SD modules
• Demonstrated proficiency in process flows such as Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, and Availability to Produce
• Hands-on experience with configuration in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), and Cost and Profitability Analysis (COPA)
• Ability to independently develop Functional Specifications and engage in custom object development and deployment
• Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project
• Familiarity with Concur Travel Expense (T&E) industry-specific solutions and experience in customer-facing roles is highly advantageous

• Awareness of current technologies and industry trends
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a collaborative mindset
• Capability to evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose appropriate technology solutions
• Knowledge of one or two industry domains
