Key Responsibilities:

• A typical day for an Infosys consultant
• Your main responsibility as a member of the Infosys consulting team will be to spearhead the engagement process, delivering high-quality and value-driven consulting solutions to clients at various stages, from defining problems to diagnosing issues, designing solutions, and overseeing development and deployment.
• You will evaluate proposals drafted by consultants, offering direction and assessing the solutions crafted for client business challenges to pinpoint any potential risks or concerns.
• Your role will involve identifying change management needs and suggesting a structured methodology to clients for effectively managing change through diverse communication channels.
• You will also mentor team members, establish a clear vision, provide subject matter training in your areas of expertise, and motivate your team through timely and constructive feedback and recognition for exceptional performance.
• You will play a vital role in both unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering top-tier, value-enhancing consulting solutions to clients while adhering to the organization’s guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:

• Comprehensive understanding of the Order to Cash (O2C) process, including inquiry, quotation, sales order, delivery, PGI, billing, and credit management.
• Experience with configuration in sales areas, document types, item categories, schedule lines, copy controls, partner determination, and output determination.
• Familiarity with SAP SD, including CPQ, SAP CRM, C4C, or SAP BRIM.
• Knowledge of Global Trade, Serial and Batch Management, and Export/Import compliance.
• SAP Certified Application Associate in Sales and Distribution (SD) or S/4HANA Sales.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of software configuration management systems.
• Robust business acumen, strategic insight, and cross-industry thought leadership.
• Awareness of current technologies and industry trends.
• Logical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities, along with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge in two or three industry domains.
• Understanding of financial processes for different project types and various pricing models.
• Strong client interfacing skills.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Project and team management experience.
