SAP SD Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Your role as an Infoscion will involve a dynamic daily experience
• As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the engagement process, delivering high-quality consulting solutions that add significant value to clients through various stages including problem identification, diagnosis, solution design, development, and implementation
• You will assess proposals crafted by consultants, offering guidance while analyzing the solutions to identify potential risks and issues pertaining to client business challenges
• Identifying change management needs and presenting a structured approach to clients for managing change through diverse communication methods will also be a key aspect of your role
• You will mentor and create a vision for the team, providing focused subject matter training, and motivating team members by delivering effective and timely feedback as well as recognizing high performance
• Your contributions will be vital to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven consulting solutions to clients while adhering to organizational guidelines and processes

Technical Requirements:

• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) processes including inquiry, quotation, sales order, delivery, PGI, billing, and credit management
• Experience with configuration in sales areas, document types, item categories, schedule lines, copy controls, partner determination, and output determination
• Familiarity with SAP SD in CPQ, SAP CRM, C4C, or SAP BRIM
• Knowledge of Global Trade, Serial and Batch management, and Export/Import compliance
• SAP Certified Application Associate in Sales and Distribution (SD) or S/4HANA Sales

Additional Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of software configuration management systems
• Excellent business acumen, strategic thinking, and cross-industry thought leadership
• Awareness of current technologies and industry trends
• Logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities, coupled with effective collaboration skills
• Knowledge in two or three industry domains
• Understanding of financial processes for various project types and the different pricing models that can be applied
• Strong client interfacing capabilities
• Knowledgeable in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Experience in project and team management
