Project Overview

Scope: Implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud integrated with Ironclad to facilitate comprehensive Contract Lifecycle Management.

Essential Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in the implementation and utilization of Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Practical experience in integrating Ironclad with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Salesforce implementation projects.
• Background in the Life Sciences sector.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and comprehend business requirements associated with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Evaluate, analyze, and reverse-engineer the current implementations of Salesforce and Ironclad.
• Propose and implement best practices and industry standards for the successful integration of Ironclad with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the Ironclad CLM product, possessing extensive functional and practical knowledge.
• Design and implement a seamless integration between Ironclad and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, security, and scalability.
