Role Overview Summary

Experience Required 10 to 15 years in software engineering and solution architecture

Core Purpose Connect business requirements with endtoend technical delivery by establishing architecture standards, steering crossfunctional engineering teams, and ensuring enterprise systems achieve scalability, security, and high performance

Key Roles Responsibilities

• Architectural Strategy Create scalable microservices and eventdriven architectures, such as Apache Kafka, and design highperformance RESTful APIs
• Technical Governance Set enterprise coding standards, define design patterns, and create integration blueprints across the full technology stack
• Technical Leadership Provide hands-on support during key development phases, and conduct thorough code and design reviews
• CrossFunctional Collaboration Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and DevOps teams to convert requirements into practical architecture solutions
• Quality Security Drive secure coding practices, implement DevSecOps processes, and ensure strong automated testing through CI/CD pipelines
• Mentorship Coach junior and senior engineers on modern frameworks, system optimization, and effective technical problem solving

Required Skills Qualifications

• Backend Expertise Proficiency in advanced Core Java, Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and HibernateJPA
• Frontend Expertise Experience with Modern JavaScriptTypeScript and frameworks such as Reactjs or Angular
• Distributed Systems Messaging Knowledge of microservices architecture using Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Databases Working experience with relational databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra
• Cloud DevOps Skills across AWS, Azure, or GCP; containerization with Docker and Kubernetes; and CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Maven, and Gradle
• Soft Skills Strong stakeholder communication, strategic decisionmaking, technical documentation, and team mentorship
