Key Responsibilities:
- A typical day as an Infoscion
- In your role within the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to identify core customer challenges, diagnose issues, design creative solutions, and support implementation to enhance client satisfaction.
- You will contribute to proposal development by managing sections of the proposal document and providing insights on solution design based on your expertise.
- You will organize configuration activities, set up the product according to the design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in addressing any questions related to requirements and solution design.
- You will lead product demonstrations, conduct Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgets while adhering to the organization’s financial guidelines.
- Take charge of small projects and actively participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions to our customers.

Technical Requirements:
- Depending on anticipated workload, DP, SNP, PP, DS, GATP, SAP recommends sizing based on SAPS, utilizing multicore processors and adequate RAM.
- Utilize Quick Sizer for accurate calculations.
- Compatible with Oracle, MS SQL, IBM DB2, and SAP HANA for APO on HANA.
- Verify that the database version corresponds with the SAP APO product version.
- Full functionality in APO covering DP, SNP, PP, DS, GATP.
- Comprehensive functional and technical expertise in Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), Global Available-to-Promise (GATP), and Production Planning Detailed Scheduling (PPDS).
- Proficient in debugging APO processes, resolving CIF errors, and enhancing system performance.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Capability to devise value-generating strategies and models that empower clients to innovate, spur growth, and enhance profitability.
- Strong understanding of software configuration management systems.
- Familiarity with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a collaborative mindset.
- Knowledge of financial processes for various project types and the available pricing models.
- Ability to evaluate existing processes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Understanding of one or two industry domains.
