Job Details

• Role: Customer Support Associate – Voice Process
• Process: International Voice
• Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
• Freshers CTC: 3 LPA – 4.5 LPA
• Experienced CTC: 3.5 LPA – 5.5 LPA
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
• Eligibility: Candidates currently residing in Hyderabad only

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer queries via phone with professionalism

Address customer issues and complaints effectively

Keep customer details updated and accurate in CRM systems

Share relevant information about products and services

Ensure high-quality customer service to drive satisfaction

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
• Ability to handle customers and solve problems efficiently
• Basic understanding of MS Office and CRM tools
• Willingness to learn with a positive, customer-oriented attitude
