Share Point Developer

• Design, build, and continuously improve SharePoint Online solutions to meet business and organizational requirements.
• Utilize tools such as SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and related technologies to enhance site functionality, usability, and the overall end-user experience.
• Release and deploy SharePoint solutions in a controlled, efficient manner, minimizing disruption to existing services and day-to-day operations.
• Perform thorough testing to confirm functionality, performance, reliability, and cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the SharePoint environment, including code defects, application bugs, and user access concerns.
• Work closely with lead developers, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, resolve technical challenges, and help ensure successful project delivery.
• Keep documentation current and accurate, covering architecture, configuration details, customizations, and development standards to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
• Create user guides, FAQs, and training materials that enable effective adoption and productive use of SharePoint solutions by end users.
• Ensure SharePoint environment compliance with data security, privacy, compliance, and governance standards.
• Stay up to date with evolving SharePoint features, development practices, and related technologies, while actively pursuing continuous learning and professional development.

Skill Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with the SharePoint Online Modern platform and SPFx.
• Proficiency in building simple applications using SPFx and related web technologies, including HTML, XSLT, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe XD for editing and optimizing high-resolution images.
• Ability to create and manage customized web components, lists, libraries, content types, site columns, navigation, search configurations, and permissions within SharePoint Online.
• Experience customizing solutions using SharePoint Designer.
• Working knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate for low-code development and process automation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for collaboration, planning, and execution.
• Understanding unit testing, packaging, and deployment processes across development and production environments.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, including creating, managing, and tracking user stories.
