Role: Customer Support Associate – Voice & Non voice
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Experience: 0-2yrs
Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
Process: International Voice
CTC: 2.5 LPA – 3.5LPA
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
Answer customer queries over the phone in a professional, timely manner
Effectively resolve customer issues and handle complaints
Record and maintain accurate customer interaction details in CRM systems
Share product/service information and support customers with decision-making
Work with team members to enhance overall service quality
Monitor and identify recurring trends in customer concerns and share feedback for continuous improvement
Required Skills
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
Proven problem-solving and customer-handling capabilities
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
