Sales Representative

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative position located in Klang Valley. The Sales Representative will discover and pursue new business opportunities, promote Yes products and services, and develop long-lasting relationships with dealers and distributors. Key daily activities include meeting potential clients, delivering product presentations, and conducting product demonstrations. In addition, the role includes managing existing customer accounts, addressing customer inquiries and feedback, coordinating with internal teams to support consistent and smooth service delivery, and ensuring accurate record-keeping in sales systems and reports. The Sales Representative is also expected to continuously monitor market trends, understand competitor offerings, and review promotional campaigns to position Yes effectively in the marketplace.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical products in clear, simple terms.
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications or mobile internet services, with interest in digital and broadband technologies.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining accurate documentation and managing multiple accounts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Minimum SPM, diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
