Salesforce Application Developer

The Salesforce Application Developer will manage all forms of standard Salesforce development and customization, including coding, unit testing, application building, and creating and modifying existing Salesforce applications. This role will collaborate closely with Salesforce Administrators and other Information Technology teams, including Data Engineering and Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce, leveraging the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform
• Create/modify existing controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across all platforms
• Develop highly interactive UI using Visualforce, JavaScript and JQuery technologies
• Develop custom applications using Salesforce.com and integrate salesforce.com with other systems
• Utilize best practices to provide operational support, implement enhancements, and resolve bugs as needed across the Salesforce.com platform
• Responsible for migration from Sandbox (Testing Environment) to Production (Live System))
• Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform
• Enhance Standard & Custom Modules within the Salesforce.com platform
• Meet with users to determine functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment
• Proactively contribute to continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development
• Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and 'how-to' support
• Manage Salesforce Omni-Channel configurations for efficient case assignment and routing
• Serve as a point of escalation for technical support and issue resolution

Skills/Experience

·       Preferably at least 3 years of Salesforce Developer experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

·       3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and demonstrated experience with Agentforce, WhatsApp and Omni-Channel.

• Proficiency in Salesforce.com development, including modification of standard objects and fields and creation of custom objects and fields
• Experience in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Apex, Flow and Visualforce development, including design, configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce.com solutions
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce DevOps tools and practices
• Experience with CI/CD tools, version control, and automated deployment processes specific to Salesforce
• Ability to implement and support payment gateway integrations and secure digital signature workflows to facilitate customer transactions and document management
• Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Flow, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Unit Testing)
• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-based support environment
• Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications (example: 3CX, Novade, Netcore, QuestionPro, PowerBI, Seampify)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Current Salesforce certifications (e.g. App Builder, Platform Developer I.

·       Have experience in developing AI-driven solutions using Salesforce Einstein, including predictive analytics, recommendation models, and chatbots to enhance customer engagement and drive data-driven decision-making.

• Customize Einstein features, including Einstein Analytics, Einstein Bots, and Einstein Prediction Builder, to deliver personalized and intelligent customer interactions
• Experience to migrate process builder to flow
