• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will delve into customer challenges, identify problem areas, devise creative solutions, and facilitate their implementation to ensure client satisfaction.
• You will take ownership of specific sections of the proposal document, contributing your insights in solution design based on your areas of expertise.
• Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, adjusting the product per design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and addressing any queries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and preparing effort estimates that align with customer budgetary constraints while adhering to the organization's financial policies.
• In addition, you will lead small-scale projects and engage in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to our clients.
