Job Overview:

• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will dive deep into customer challenges, identify problem areas, craft innovative solutions, and oversee their implementation, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
• Your responsibilities will include developing proposals by taking ownership of sections of the proposal document and contributing insights on solution design based on your specialized knowledge.
• You will schedule configuration activities, adjust the product according to the design specifications, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in addressing any queries related to requirements and solution design.
• Your role will also involve conducting product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and preparing effort estimates that align with customer budgetary constraints while adhering to the organization’s financial policies.
• Take the lead on small projects and actively participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives, aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• 5 to 12 years of overall experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Clinical or Regulatory solutions for Life Sciences clients.
• Strong familiarity with the Life Sciences domain, including Clinical Trials and Drug Safety Pharmacovigilance.
• Proficient in the full functionality of CSV tools.
• Experience with the US Life Sciences market.
• Proven track record in leading development teams and collaborating with client teams and subject matter experts throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Requirements:

• Core skills in Technology, specifically in Regulatory Compliance and Regulatory Compliance Systems.
