Conduct comprehensive training sessions for 22 application modules across 264 operational sites throughout the project implementation timeline.
Develop and synchronize training materials and delivery schedules to align with the system development and deployment milestones.
Improve end-user proficiency to ensure smooth operational transition and minimize issues post-Go-Live.
Decrease reliance on Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) by empowering end-users through effective training programs.
Ensure the Go-Live process adheres to the planned schedule, achieving high levels of end-user preparedness and operational readiness.
