Oracle DBA

The primary objective of this position is to oversee, configure, and sustain Oracle database environments, ensuring their peak performance, high availability, and robust security. Daily tasks will include diagnosing database issues, implementing effective replication strategies, and safeguarding database security. Additionally, the role encompasses performance optimization and supporting critical systems to fulfill both organizational and client-specific needs.

Requirements

• Certification in Oracle Database Administration (Application).
• Practical experience with Oracle GoldenGate (OGG) and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for projects related to database migration, replication, and synchronization, including planning and executing cutover.
• Demonstrated experience in strategizing and executing database migration projects, covering initial data loading, real-time synchronization, validation, and cutover processes.
• Experience in replication and troubleshooting within database environments.
• Extensive knowledge of database security implementation and maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in optimizing database performance.
• Thorough understanding of database management best practices and disaster recovery strategies.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, on-site professional setting.
