Project Manager – Banking Sector

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to become a part of our team in the banking industry across Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will take charge of projects that propel our banking objectives, ensuring that they are delivered on schedule and meet established quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee banking projects from inception through to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope, goals, and expected outcomes.
• Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource management strategies.
• Track project advancements and outcomes, proactively identifying and addressing risks.
• Guarantee that project outputs satisfy quality expectations and are finalized within the agreed timeline and budget.
• Encourage effective communication and teamwork among team members and stakeholders.
• Compile and deliver project progress updates to management and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of project management experience within the banking or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
• In-depth knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with stakeholders.
• Capacity to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple projects at once.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
