Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

1. Conduct outbound and drop-off calls to prospective clients utilizing provided leads or databases
2. Effectively present, promote, and sell products/services using compelling arguments
3. Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients and business partners
4. Accurately document calls, sales, and interactions with prospects in the designated system

Performance & Issue Resolution

1. Regularly meet and surpass sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
2. Address customer inquiries and complaints, offering insights for product/service enhancement
3. Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of financial products, markets, and industry regulations
4. Clarify and convey complex financial information in an accessible manner

Preferred Skillset

• Background in sales, telesales, or telemarketing is advantageous
• Fluency in Bahasa Melayu and a confident command of English
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
• Results-oriented, self-driven, and resilient when faced with challenges
• Capability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients
