Project Analyst_IT Project - developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems

We are seeking a skilled IT Project / Programme professional to assist in the planning and execution of IT systems for healthcare facilities. This position will involve collaboration between business users, application teams, and infrastructure teams to gather IT requirements, monitor and consolidate submissions, prepare materials for approval and funding, and ensure that programme activities are executed within the established scope and timelines.

Years of Experience

A minimum of 5 - 6 years of experience in the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Pre-assessment: Collect IT requirements for new healthcare facilities.

2. Pre-assessment: Monitor and evaluate submissions from various Application and Infrastructure Teams.

3. Pre-assessment: Assemble and prepare materials for submission.

4. Pre-assessment / Implementation: Collaborate with different forums to prepare approval documents and seek funding approval, including the creation of presentation slides.

5. Pre-assessment/ Implementation: Ensure the delivery of new facilities programme aligns with the agreed scope and timeline.

6. Identify and communicate any encountered issues and potential risks.

7. Provide regular updates on progress to Management.

8. Maintain close communication with business users and foster strong relationships.

9. Work closely with involved project teams.

Requirements / Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should possess:

At least 1-5 years of experience in healthcare IT.

Preferably PMP or an equivalent certification.
